I moved in about 6 months ago wiht my fiance. I am an attorney and work long hours. This is the perfect alternative to purchasing a home. I have a very spacious two bedroom upstairs apartment. The ceilings are vaulted and add to the already modernized layout. Our bedroom has plenty of closet space...she loves it. I use the second bedroom as an office when I work at home. The move in was simple. The staff and manager are extremely pleasant and went out of their way to ensure everything was in place for my move. I would say the rent is average, but well worth the money. I was considering looking for a house within the next year or two, but could see this turn in to a longer term plan. Not financially, but because it works. There is plenty of space, the property looks great (well maintained) and everything is neat and clean. If there is an issue after hours (I got locked out at 2 a.m. after a vacation) maintenance who lives on site, came over within minutes. They are respectful and there to help.
