Finally...A Nice Apartment Community I moved in about 6 months ago wiht my fiance. I am an attorney and work long hours. This is the perfect alternative to purchasing a home. I have a very spacious two bedroom upstairs apartment. The ceilings are vaulted and add to the already modernized layout.

Oy Vey! My husband and I lived in Carriage Hill for 2 years. They charge a 500$ non refundable pet fee for any damages to the carpets, but even when you leave, they still charge you 90$ to have the carpets cleaned. They were horrible with getting the walkways clean when it snowed. I was 9

Pretty Good While the complex does run on the upper end of "reasonable", consider that you don't pay heat, water or trash and the price doesn't seem very bad anymore given the cost of fuel oil today. I've NEVER seen any roaches, and the complex is well maintained

Would not recommend to anyone..... If your considering this apartment complex make a mental check list....parking lot is far from apartment doors, assigned parking for 1 car only, complaints by many who live here, laundry room filthy w/ water on floor, laundry room stinks, too

Nice, Comfortable..... But Expensive! Me and my family have lived in the Carriage Hill Apartments for the past 3 1/2 years. Frank the super is great. He gets your workorders done quickly and never sells your work short. Past supers took forever to get work done! Franks help Fred does good work too.
