I agree with the other comments.

Sound proofing isn't that great.

Drunks keep coming home from 2am-4am and wake you up on the weekends.

Definitely not enough parking.

Many morons with car alarms beeping them arming and disarming all day and night (geez idiots - you can turn off the beep...

like is anyone going to steal your crappy 1999 Ford Focus anyway?

Washer dryer is awesome.

"Free" cable and long distance phone is cool.

But live on the top floor and pray your neighbors are cool or you'll probably hate it here.

The Albany areas needs better rental properties!
