Not a good experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I would reccomend this apt b.c its new and you can move in with everything on. Would not reccoment b/c in the winter apt stays cold, seal is not good at all. Parking is terrible. The city came through one night and gave tickets to at least 15-20 cars that are residents there b/c of construction and there was no parking available at all in the neighborhood. Management is rude...You call to complain about something not getting done and they say that they will help & b4 hanging up the phone all the way they are talking about you the tenant (not good)! In the spring millipedes take over the property and is all over the everything including inside your rental floors and walls (the worst). Groudskeeper comes with a homemade spray bottle spraying outside of the windows w/ an over the counter solution (didn't help). The milipedes where there for 2mo's until the property dried up from the upcomming summmer months. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
