They fool you! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   They fool you from the begining, throuout your stay and even when you leave. The appliances very cheap and lousy quality with lousy maintenance. Extremely poor design of the apartments. Parking is nightmare. Last but not the least when you vacate the apartment, they will make sure that they don't call you to be present at the time of inspection (though you had opted in writing to be present) and then deduct huge amount of money from your deposit showing false/made up reasons.
