They say it is a nice place to live-Don't believe it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response They have the ability to rope you in with the looks of the place. When we moved in we thought the place was nice. Take a close look. We had lights out, very poor painting,carpet seems showing and the carpet was dirty. We cleaned it ourself and pulled all kinds of dirt out. The apartment was cleaned by someone who did not know what they were doing. The a/c is great. Very cold and comfortable. The winters were horrible. You could feel the air blowing through the room and the floor was freezing. The furnace has a hard time keeping up. The dishwasher should be used for storage. They will tell you " It's a low water and good on electric." It does not clean well and sounds like a dragster in the kitchen. It takes forever to clean or just throw things all over your dishes. The winter here was a nightmare. Learn how to plow. Quit running in circles and doing nothing. The staff is clueless on what they are doing. Other complexes were clean. I drove through them. Or you could be like my neighbor and get their car towed because he thought he was in his parking spot. I am one of the Fathers of the "brats" as refered to in other reviews. You are probably the one that has dogs and let them crap all over. The kids do not have a place to play. If they were to go in the grassy areas they will be covered with dog crap. Sorry your car was scratched but who else would you blame other than the kids. Ever go to walmart' Look out for the carts. Where is the park' What is walking distance to you' Oh that's right Beltop school. 3.5 miles away. You can feed the manager and the new girl with a little nice talk and find out ALL about your neighbors.I know more about who is moving and why. The kids are a problem playing in traffic and in the parking lot. Why don't we put in another retention pond' The internet is a joke. I could walk to the web site to get the information faster than search for it. The place is managed poorly and the office does close early. Oh yeah Amanda I work too and my boss makes me stay the posted hours. Imagine that. The office is closed on Sunday now so explain that. The kids should have something to do. But they don't. So they play where they can. Enjoy your retirement community. Where there are no kids. The drunks are great here. You can see all walks of life around 3 am. If you are tight with people in law enforcement you can get away with anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What is too bad is that the owners or board of directors will never read this or do anything about retaining the people that are here. ENJOY
