I though that Oak Hill waas a beautiful dwelling when I first moved in. I was the first in my apartment as they just finished construction a few days before I took possession. I should have know something waqs amiss when the apartment next door had a revolving door on it. Most tenants never stayed past 3 months, a couple told me that they were breaking the lease and were glad they found a better place. I was told when I first moved in that this was a development geared more toward the 50 and over age group, I have never seen so many children in a development as I did here. I wasw also told that everytime yo9u renew your lease you get your carpets shampooed, never happened for the 2 lease renewals I had. Pet policy is one dog under 40 pounds I think but it amazed me oh how many people had 2 dogs and large ones like labs, and golden retrivers and a couple of large mixed breeds I counted at least 6 tenants with multiple dogs walking one day. Office staff needs to learn about confidentialty and this must start from the manager Laura all the way down, I was amazed to hear from another tenant and the postalworker my business when I only discussed it with Laura. Be careful when y9ou considering renting from here. I was lied to and it lead to destruction of my property from Oak Hill. Only people that get anything from managment are the suck ups but their kids are just as destructive as the rest it's just that managment chooses to look the other way. Maybe a change in staff from the top down is what is needed to bring this sub-par devlopment up to par.

my carpets have been shampooed all 3x that i renenewd my lease although i did have to open my mouth and ask and wait as complimentary stuff is not really the first priority for them rightfully so. as for the kids,well i see the manager and staff telling kids when they can but i dont expect them to police the place 24/7 so naturally after 5 they get worse but im right in front of the clubhouse so maybe thats why i see it more and they see me more. why did your dumb rear end stay so long if it was so bad anyway. the amount of stupidity on this site is crazy. also as the one guy said "they go in circles all night plowing" ive got news moron its Oakhill Cicle not oakhill road or cul de sac or oakhill rectangle what direction should they plow in if they whent straight they might have wound up in an apt and that would be dumb! Good day, and remember most people seeking a perch to proclaim foul on are usually not the ones who were good tenenats and such. so take this all with a grain of salt so to speak

Watching how many dogs someone has? Are you kidding me? GET A LIFE! Do something with your life besides peek through your window and count how many dogs people have. What a sad and pathetic person you truely are. By all means tell us what "destruction of property" was done by Oak Hill? You graciously tell us the rest of your business. Maybe because there was NO destruction? I can already tell you are one of those where nothing is ever good enough. And you complain about NOTHING. Your whole review of Oak Hill was about nothing. If you dont like it here then why have you lived here since they opened? Too lazy to move or are you one of those old people that love to complain about NOTHING that is not of any relevence, that the rest of ignore. Get a hobby, Get a life.
