Don't Live Here Each apartment gets only one parking space. This was not a problem for me but for people with more than one car or if you have a party, it's kind of a pain in the butt.

They steal your deposit They steal as much of your deposit as they can when you vacate, especially if you tell them that you are moving out of state. I've never lost a deposit in the past 8 years of renting and feel cheated because they told me upon inspection that I would get it back.
