Oak Hill 32% Recommended Apr 28 2008: I have lived in two different units here since the beginning. It is expensive and it is not perfect, but the office staff (yeah Laura!) is fabulous and George from maintenence has been very helpful when he has been needed. Oak Hill 32% Recommended Apr 17 2008: I will say that the negativity in these reviews is a bit overwhelming yet some of it is understandable. I have been here since my bldg was completed. This was not a problem for me but for people with more than one car or if you have a party, it's kind of a pain in the butt.
