Construction-wise this complex is great. However, the management leaves leaves a great deal to be desired...

The tactic by management was "bait and switch" to say the least. Many things explained during the walkthrough and tour turned out to be false upon move in.

Since the day I moved in there has been a constant laundry list of maintenance issues. The requests for repairs have not been ignored, but certainly have not been addressed in the most efficient manner.

The on-site management hours are weak (10 am - 2 pm at best), leaving messages yields no return phone calls, and I am often returning home from work to find that my home has been entered by management and/or maintenance for seemingly no reason and with no note of explanation.

The management company (Park Hill/Park Lane) seems to be professional and have their act together. The best I can guess is that they have no idea what is going on at their other property.
