i just moved in in april08 and have no complaints as of yet.... the area is great. lots of children for my son to play with. Also lots of space!!!!!anything that need to eb fixed during the walk thru was taken care of..... except for my basement... it has a little water on the floor because the sump pump needs to be change... and nothing yet.... thats my only con of the whole review... otherwise im a happy camper
