Relocated over 1400 Miles Perfect Paradise - I relocated with my family over 1400 miles. I leased my apartment sight unseen. Chris the apartment manager was amazing he sent me e-mails of my unit, sent a package with application floor plans etc., and was always available to answer my questions. Great Place Hallmark Village Apartments are a great place to live. The staff is great, grounds are kept clean, and parking is close to your apartment building. Living close to the road I thought would be noisy, but I can hardly hear any traffic. :)

Happy tennant One thing I forgot to mention before the School system is a Blue Ribbon winning school along with this in my opinion being one of the best places to call home in NY the school district will educate your child beyond what you would expect. I can not say enough abut how great the staff

I do love it here! It is centrally located to downtown Buffalo where I work. The apartments are kept in great shape! Anytime I need something the lady in the Office is happy to get it done for me, normally before I get home that day! Grounds are kept up, very helpful Office staff and crew.
