Just to name a few of the benefits of living here. My family gave me a hard time about moving here since my work commute is 23 miles one way vs the 10 miles it used to be. I'm also now a 1/2 hour further from them. They also heckled me for paying a fee for a flexible lease, putting in my own temporary carpets, and for paying the rent in general. The floors do creak and my unit does show it's age vs. the model, but it's comfortable and beautiful. Flexible lease fee' So be it, at least I can move when I want and not be stuck in a 1 year or longer contract. Carpet rule' To protect the hardwood floors. There's a nice little gym, a pool and in the summer, people hang flowers off there white railed balconies and off the patios. Pet Friendly! This is only my first apartment but it's so hard to find a place that takes animals. High priced' It's expensive anywhere you go on Long Island. Do I reccommend this place' I already got someone else to come here. Come visit! You just may end up moving in!
