Have lived her for 3 years b/c it's a short trip to work and easy access to most parkways. However, the attitude of not caring about residents is clear. Of course they'll sell you when you look at the place, but talk to the residents first hand to really hear what's going on. They hike the rent between $75-$100/ year and you get nothing in return. Maintenance will walk past the same soda can for days w/o picking it up, the pool had no cholorien in it for 2 weeks, yet they charge you $5 for visitors, cars are broken into WEEKLY (no lie here), the main entrance doors are not locked leaving free roaming solitors knocking on your doors. Laundry rooms are filthy, hallways STINK and they refuse to install automatic air freshners. They added a "base energy charge" to everyone's bills this year w/o telling anyone...basically the RESIDENTS are paying for the boiler systems is what this comes down too. A TOTAL RIP OFF, but they've got you roped in if your in the middle of your lease. I don't know how they keep renting apartments, i guess it's all in the sale pitch.
