I lived here for 2 years. The first year was ok nothing too bad but that all ended right away. The first thing I noticed I didn't like was the extra $50 a month they add into your utility bill which they said it paid to keep the heating system on! Then why am I paying for heat 2 times' They said too bad its in your lease we can add fees.

Then in May one year the AC was leaking and making noise. We decided to call maintenance they came and said they "fixed" the problem if it happens again they will replace it. Well all summer it was fine but in October a weird smell was in the apartment. We had no idea what it was. It turns out the AC that was "fixed" had water staying in the unit instead of leaking and it caused mildew/mold in the apartment. I was wondering why I was sick 5 times during the summer, and all the sicknesses I had were mildew/mold related! Not only did they know about this in May they let it continue. The office did not replace the unit right away they just let it sit for a few more days and then came back!

After that happened we started seeing flying bugs all over the place. We had no idea where they were coming from. Well one night I saw one fly out from the sink in the bathroom! Well I called the office over night and they said sorry wait until the morning. Well these bugs were multiplying like crazy and I couldnt even stay in my apartment it was so bad. Turns out they were coming from the basement and coming through the pipes! How digusting is that! THey sprayed for them but didnt spray the basement or fix the problem so they came back again! It was just awful! I got out of my lease but had to pay a pretty penny to do so.

Also the parking sucks! People would car pool in the lots with friends and get home after most residents so the residents had to park away from there units. My car was also broken into 2 times! Its just not a good place!
