Not handicapped accessable HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mold,spiders,no sun, laundry room in moldy basement, 500.00 to transfer to new apartment and u have 2 sign a new lease. Heat not included. $25.00 per month extra for pets. Son has not stopped coughing. Can't wait to get out of lease.

Triple Your Utility Bill Management slipped in a notice of an additional surcharge to the Gas/Water bill. What they failed to explain was that it was an ADDITIONAL 200%. Their responce was a simple take it or leave attitude. I suggest that you leave.
