New Management has made a great difference I lived in New Haven Place and went to school at Hofstra and my experiences at this facility have been great. The previous management ignored many of the problems, but the current management has made a clean, safe, and affordable residence.

Friendly Staff Lived there for a year now, and plan to continue living here. There isn't much of a view except for the street, but it is convenient and right on the bus line.
The apartment itself is new and the staff are helpful. Not bad at all.

They Stole My MONEY!! Although my husband and I moved out 7/31/08, they STILL removed August rent from my account!! Their staff is rude, cold and obnoxious. Now I'm sending certified letters all over the world trying to get my money back! Do NOT move in with this establishment.

Utterly Disrespectful Management Threatining management who doesn't care about well being of tenants. Watch your back! Management will try skeevy games like double rent, illegitimate rent increases, late fees and penalties, 10-day reponse required otherwise you are locked in to
