I lived at this place for only a year and during that year, my car got broke into outside my apartment. The housing office did not seem to care. I felt unsafe parking right outside my apartment since then. The office people living upstairs of us constantly complain about noise even though there were barely any noise created, that was no loud music play, the only "noise" was me or my roommate's phone conversation with our family. Not nice people around.
I do not have good experience living at this place and I do NOT recommend people to live at this place.
