Complex Going Downhill

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
We have lived here for 4 years. In the past 2 years (since the new management) this complex has gone downhill and turning into another ghetto. Some of the parking lots have had the street lights removed and the incidents of car break-ins has increased. Kids are spray painting buildings and cars. Management doesn't seem to care and the office manager is nasty to anyone with complaints. I do not recommend Henrietta Highlands!
