Complex turning into Ghetto We have lived at Henrietta Highlands for over 10 yrs and it was always a warm friendly place to live. The past couple of years it has not been maintained very well and it seems the new managment is not very caring about their tenents.

Very Bad, stay FAR FAR away I have never lived in a place this bad. The maintance sucks. The utility bills are huge. When it rains the water pours in the basement and hallway and they say there is nothing they can do about it.
