Not really a bad place, but, don't have a flower, flag (American or any other),or plant, outside your apartment. Not only are they not allowed they come and take them. No ringing your doorbell to ask you to remove it, just take them away. People get plants and things as gifts from thier children or whatever and like to place them out so they can enjoy them. But at the stalag, that is unacceptable. They say it spoils the "manicured" look of the place, well it ain't all that great to begin with! It's not a bad place to live, but, the freakin rules are childish and petty. My wife's mothers day plant was confiscated by the Commandant, stand and all. We put it out to get some sun, but, the evil plant must never be seen again, GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!

The rules are needed last night a tenant cane out with two big gray dogs no leash to the dumpster and park let them do there business at the bbq area and on the ashtray. Must me new move in she knows the rules and we all have dogs and would never what if they bit someone Its people like her that is the problem, Some people have two much outside their door They forget others may not like it. Hey I dont like all rules but they are needed. Lets not blame the workers for this one thank your neighbors we all know the ones.
