the apartments are old ,the rugs are dirty.The staff is extremly rude.they never fix anything.

very expensive. they have lot of hidden charges. one fine day they send you a note saying you owe them real estate taxes. very very bad..... Avoid at all cost. Fairfield properties overall is greedy and they exploit people. every year they keep on raising rent. lots of people are moving out of fairfield apartments in general.
