I have lived at Fairfield Greens for the past year and overall, it has been good. There are a couple problems. First, I live above some of the most disgusting people you will ever meet. They are outside smoking cigarettes constantly, they set their smoke alarm off every day (no joke) and are just plain loud. Obviously, this is not the fault of Fairfield. The parking is a little rough at times, but not a huge problems. The biggest problem is things getting fixed. The day we moved in, we compiled a list of things that needed to be fixed and nothing got done. Although the washing machine did start leaking and they were there to fix it within 24 hours. Basically, if the problem is going to cause major problems, like a leaking washing machine, they will fix it. Otherwise, you're on your own. Our sliding glass door has no lock on it, and we were told to put a pole in it so no one could open it.

They allow pets and although they are supposed to max out at 30lbs, management will not say anything about a bigger pet. People generally do not clean up after their pet even though they provide bags.

Other than that, I have had no problems with the apartment. I like the apartment, its big and spacious and overall, I would recommend it.
