I would not recommend Fairfield. I am a single woman and placed in an apartment above someone that sold crack and Fairfield was aware that the cops were called on this man before I rented. Now they are subletting that apartment. I am scared to go home and scared to leave in the morning.
I have requested help numerous times but was told to call the cops. Because I fear retaliation I did not call so I was forced to deal with it.
I have requested to leave my lease early because of this.
Let's see what happens.
Take my advice, go to Saddlerock.
5 years there, not one complaint.
