Expensive like Hell. owned by JEWs. so they will suck your money out of you. very very expensive... every year they will increase rent for some or other reason. also all of a sudden you will get a mail saying there is 100 $ extra you have to pay for real estate tax. hell i dont own the property. i am a renter. why should i pay Real estate tax. well than they will show you the contract terms. These jewish guys are like blood leeches. They suck the blood out of you.

I disagree - as a --- I agree we love money - hell Im a --- lawyer lol- but THIS PROPERTY IS OWNED AND MANAGED BY PEOPLE with names like Altieri etc. They are not jews but actualy FOREIGNERS - brits i believe lol. The management sucka and the facilities sucks.
