Not Worth the Hassle

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We stayed at this property for a year. Our stay turned into a nightmare because we found bed bugs and insects in the apartment after about 6 months.
During the year they passed on the increses in property tax and costs of heating and hot water to the tenants. When we moved in, they told us that they would have a gated community in a few months, but it was not there even at the time of moving out.
The management tries to extract most from the tenants any way they can. There are better options out there!
