horrible management. i've been told by some of my peers and based on my experience i can tell that the management has utter disregard for its tenants and will charge you every damn cleaning including carpet replacement even if you do no damage and keep everything clean.
horrible place here. there are plenty of other nicer apartment communities in holbrook. But do not come and live here if you value your money.
The maintenance work is ATROCIOUS. The management is very RUDE and Will NOT LISTEN or perform inspections in a timely manner. Thoroughly unprofessional.
