When we moved out they made us replace the whole apartment carpet. It cost us over $1,000.00. We own a carpet cleaner and always cleaned the carpets including previous to the move out inspection. The only thing the found was a dime size rust mark that was there when we moved in, and I felt it to be no big deal and didn't tell them in the walk through you have when you move in. Make sure you list everything on in that inspection before you move in. That was the only thing they charged us for thank god, I could have just imagined what it would have cost if they had found anything else. Another thing is try and find out who is on the board or commitee over there and Mary becomes a very quite lady. Because we also shared walls with a sex offender, he was asked to leave after the tenants told them of his residence there. He was listed on Watchdog. This was the only place we have lived at that we lost our security money. So, I will say it again very $$$$$ costly.
You can not have fun in the pool either. Definatly not kid friendly.
