I lived at Saddle Rock for 4 years and only moved because I wanted an attached garage. If they offered this I would still be living there. Parking was great, never had a problem and if anything went wrong, Joanne in the office took care of it speedily. Repairs were handled by Mario and his assistants. The first year I was there, when I tried to use my A/C for the first time on Memorial Day weekend and found it didn't work, there was no problem...Mario came over within the hour and got it running. This is the kind of service you got all the time. They were even great when I moved and told me what not to bother with (spackling, carpet cleaning etc.)since they were just going to do it anyway. You'll never find their ad for apts in Newsday, they keep the complex filled through word of mouth. The only down side is that the appliances etc are low end. If that isn't important to you, they work, than there is no down side.
