I've lived at Saddle Rock for one year and I recommend it highly. Management is accessible and the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. The staff in the office (Joanne and Betty) are terrific! Air conditioning filters are changed regularly, the buildings receive regular paint jobs, management throws cute little holiday parties for the kids, and my neighbors are super friendly.

There is only one issue that was echoed by another commentator, namely, the parking lots/sidewalks were not timely cleared following the last snowstorm/ice storm, but this might have been the fault of the complex's contractor.
