I've been here a couple of months and everything is going very well. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in, very clean, nice cabinets, clean carpet, good paint job. The staff has been very friendly and they take the time to answer your questions. If you need something fixed, it gets fixed.

Another person mentioned the foyers for the second-floor apartments. I had an issue with that, too--just tell your moving company before you move that they will need to hoist your couch up over the balcony. That's what mine did. I called the rental office at the time, too, and they said that's what movers usually do. Unfortunately, my movers didn't figure that out until they put a huge hole in the wall with my couch, but Saddle Rock didn't charge me for repairing it.

I, too, park right in front of my unit and have had no issues with parking. As for the gates, there's a new security company that started on the 1st--although the guys on the last crew were very sweet.

Funny another reviewer mentioned knowing people in Fairfield apartments. I'm a Fairfield refugee, and I'm now paying $140 less than I paid Fairfield, and now I have a MUCH nicer place, with a washer/dryer in the unit and central air. These folks are going to have to pry me out of here.
