These Apartments are deceiving.

Parking Sucks!!!!!!! You definitely hear Sunrise Highway.

You could hear people banging and walking around.

They do charge hidden fees here and there.

Although some people are nice, There are some that are unbearable.

If you see the sign Spruce Pond, just drive right past it.
There are others out there that are better and more private.

Is it really that bad? I'm thinking of moving here. My main concern is hearing noise through the wall (tv, voices). Footsteps don't bother me as much as other types of noise. If it's that bad, do you know of any other places in the area? Thanks.
