I've live here two years and can't decided whether to stay or go.

The 1 bedroom my husband and I share is quite large and having a washer and dryer is great.

Our unit faces Nicolls Road and so its THE LOUDEST THING EVER!!! We can't have the windows open ever!!!! They seem to keep up with maintenance, every time something here breaks they fix it really quickly.

The dogs are an issue for us.

We've had neighbors with barking/crying dogs live above us twice.

These are dogs that barked and/or cried for hours and hours and HOURS!!!! The super did nothing and the problem persists.

This place is not expensive for long island living and did i mention the washer and dryer.

Its true that the rent is ALWAYS higher than what you thought you'd be paying but still its cheaper than most places.

Oh and in the winter they hardly plow at all and they do not shovel either..

The parking lot and walks ways are a real death trap.

and the "rapist trail" where people walk there dogs is scary..

most people let their dogs poop where ever they want and they dont clean it up.

But still LI living with a washer dryer for under 2K monthly is pretty hard to come by.

Looks like times got tough and they started having to allow dogs to live there. That's unfortunate. We had a mostly pleasant experience, but then again, rarely had to deal with management. They could be rude, yes. But the maintenance guys were great.
