If I move back to NY I would rent there again

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2006-01-01

I lived in one of the small 1 bedroom apartments for 6 months in 2006.

I had to relocate out of state at the end of 2006 and the staff was very cooperative in working with me to get out the lease....and no, it didn't cost a fortune.

I had a second floor apartment and it was really cute.

Any time there was a maintenance issue (which was practically never), it was fixed right away.

My neighbors were really nice and I still keep in touch with a couple of them.
