Decent folk will find it a decent place to live.

My husband and I lived at Spruce Pond for 5 years, moved out when we bought a house.
We had no complaints there, at all - (once the goose-buster dogs were brought in!) (goose poop along the pond path used to be nasty)
We both regularly used the perimeter walking path - had NO idea anyone called it "rapist path". THAT is funny. The complex was quiet and nice, no thought of such things at all. We were second floor, overlooking the pond.
We had minor various reasons to call the management at times, and they were always helpful and quick about it. Susan, in the office, is a great gal and Eddie, the Super, is an easy guy to talk to.
It was easy to be friendly with several of the neighbors. Real easy sort of 'regular folk'.
Sure, the whole place is "contrived cutenss" and a cardboard castle - but that's what you get with new apartment complexes. They do work to keep it all up and looking "fresh".
The club house was wonderful. We both used the gym extensively and the saunas. The old guys watching the clubhouse at night were quiet and pleasant for an 'on the way out' chat. Nobody busted me for roller skating on the tennis courts, and I stayed away from the pool on principle. (I don't swim in communal toilets)
I thought it was a perfectly fine place to live.
But my new house is WAY better!
