first off there is no parking close to your apartment after 8pm.

second i keep getting letters about my dog... but i clean up after them and do everything i am contracted to do but yet i still am receiving harassing letter about my dogs. which will most likely result in legal action by me.

oh and you get to pay their taxes.

this place is a rip off for 1500 i should be able to take my dog out side of my apartment to go to the bathroom.

they expect you to walk your dog on a unlit path which backs a wooded area totally un-reasonable for my pregnant wife..

and to top it off they don't even point that out while you are signing the leases.

do not rent from this community. and just for future information this is a heatherwood community so id figure that the other developments owned by heatherwood would be the same as here.
