The snow was always removed promptly from the walkways in the winter and the grounds were always kept up in the summer. Great Complex! - I lived in the Fairfield complex located in Holbrook and loved it. Ricky, the maintenance manager was always helpful and accommadating. Heartless company This company is heartless!!! My mother passed away before the end of her lease & since she "broke her lease" by dying, they kept the entire security deposit of $2600!!! They have absolutely no compassion!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM PLEASE!!!!!!!

Find another place! I have lived here for three years now. I Had nothing but inconsiderable neighbors and a rude management office. Very disappointing. Parking sucks but please do not complain because they could care less. The maintenance people are very unprofessional and noisy.

Love it here I moved to Saddle Rock almost 6 months ago and absolutely love it. Unlike Avalon communities and Victorian Gardens in Holbrook, the staff treats you with the respect you deserve for the amount of rent you're paying. They are responsive, warm and friendly. I have no plans
