Mangement is terrible...

Victorian Gardens looks very pretty from the outside but the tenants are treated like they don't count at all. Management continues to make unfair rules that get worse every year and they are very rude and uncooperative. Of course there has to be rules but in this community it is their way or the highway. You are allowed two cars but if you get home too late you might not have a spot to park in. You can't bring anyone in the pool unless you pay for a seasonal pass or pay $10.00 for each day. They built the place with very cheap fixtures and everything breaks easily. Most of the time they send their repair person over to take care of the problem in a timely fashion, however, they expect you to pay for certain repairs depending on whatever mood they are in that week. Their appliances are pretty decent and hold up better then their tiles, rugs, screen doors and fixtures. I think the three stooges built and painted the place since towel racks and wall plates are hung crooked and the paint job stinks. All in all it is a decent apartment...clean and new but the kitchens are very small. I'm not sure how other communities are run but I know that most tenants don't stay here long if they have a choice.
