As the other postings indicate, the management here is terrible. I guess if I only made $6 per hour and worked on Long Island, I'd be a bi@ch too. They always have something more important to worry about than helping their residents. Parking here is barely adequate, so don't get home too late. The security gates never work right, they're a total joke. I don't think I ever saw the tennis court or outdoor basketball in usable condition during the year I lived there.

There are too many rediculous rules that the management made up. I'd like to slap that crabby little lifeguard that yells at all the kids in the pool the second they start to have the slightest bit of fun.

They charge $500 to rent their crappy little clubhouse, and you can't even cook in the kitchen!

Bottom line is, on any given weekend from April till about September, you'll see plenty of moving trucks LEAVING this place.

The price is fair, but the stress of living there may not be worth it.

I did dig the laundry machines in the kitchen though, because I hate laundrymats.

Steer clear!!!
