I have lived here since 2001. Management is very discourteous, I agree. In addition, I am currently paying $100 more a month for a one bedroom facing the parking lot than someone else I know who just rented a two bedroom overlooking the lake. Go figure. The floor tiles are cracked and chipped, the paint job is awful, and the pool's hours are very limited. I remember that fire mentioned in another posting and also heard it was related to faulty wiring. The last four apts were burned to the ground. I'm not surprised since my plugs often spark when I unplug them from the wall. In addition, my neighbor had a mold problem in her apt. Management was very uncooperative and unwilling to fix the problem. She had to contact the local fire dept to come inspect it. When I had to have repairs done in my apt, I was charged for it. As for the grounds, last year there were four foot weeds outside my apt too (for almost the whole summer). Finally, some people in neighboring buildings picked the weeds themselves and left management a nasty note. That's when they finally started gardening. All in all, I will be glad when I buy my house and can move out.
