I am just so glad that I have since moved out of my apartment at VG. The experience was not up to my standards. My standards are standards that every human being deserves while paying a high rent. I was so unhappy with the fact that during our recent snow storm the roads were not taken care of and many parts of the complex were difficult to drive through. The maintence people are so quick to deliver and so slow when it comes to doing the job right! The jacuzzi was closed all summer up until the last (2) weeks of the summer...thanks! The security at the gate is a total joke, why not stand by your advertisement of a GATED COMMUNITY and if not then do away with it. The gym is completely discusting. It is dirty. Why not have a staff member clean the gym and not request for US to do your dirty work. The staff of VS for sure needs to go back to school or to take a class on communication skills and management! Remember VS would not be generating all the revenue it does in the Slums of Holtsville if it was not for the residents and our money. Do your job!

FYI: Be careful during your move out because Management will do ANYTHING to charge you for something. The treatment is unfair.

I have lived in (2) other apartment complexes and found both to be a great experience and of course management had much to do with it. VG is lacking major qualities and also lacking integrity.

thanks for the advice we just moved in about 7 months ago and we see alot of downs to the communtiy -- we moved in with a dog and a total legitmate dog owner and since some tenants started complaining the owner michelle cassata has decided to kick out the dog owners after there lease is up not fair to the dog owners who follow the rules of the complex--but looks like management is full of themselves and the treatment here at vg is very unfair i hope and pray that they are never in the positon they have put families in that have dogs.

My prinion is @ the same. Management is horrible, they never respond to phone calls, repairs take forever, etc. It should not be advertised as LUXURY APARTMENTS. The place is a nightmare and stay away
