The person that lives in the apartment below me has been living at Victorian Gardens for years and can tell the difference between the Waste Management Facility odor and the one coming from the Victorian Gardens sewage facility. Ever since they constructed that warehouse or storage building there has been an odor by buildings 18, 19 and 20. I agreed with him, I've been at VG for 2 years now and the odor from the Waste Management facility hardly ever reaches to our building and when it does the odor is no where near as bad as the odor that comes from that sewage facility. I can only describe the odor from the Waste Management Facility as a rotting kind of odor where the sewage smells like feces and urine. I'm gonna puke just thinking about it. And don't bother complaining about it because they'll blame it on the Waste Management Facility. LOSERS!

I have lived in VG for 4 years and have had to deal with the smell for some time now. Town of Islip told me that there was a fan bad in VG's facility and that it was on order...4 months ago. The waste facility has a device that mists the air and neutralises the waste smell. The Crap smell is definetly from inside the facility here. You are correct. don't call to complain because no one returns your call. and if you do get a call back they blame it on the waste facility across the way.

i don't think management is concerned about the problems that surrond this community only there rent money b/c that's seems to be the only thing you receive in the mail never a newsletter on how all the tenants can come together and make this a better place this place sucks and after reading all these comments i'm looking forward to leaving before things get out of control even though i'm being evicted b/c i'm a dog owner and when my family and I moved in BIG SIGN DOGS ALLOWED! and then 7 months into my lease states NO DOGS ALLOWED! what a great why to bring up apartment rentals by renting to dog owners b/c everyone knows that owns a dog how hard it is to find a place to live VERY HEARTLESS OWNER MICHELL CASSATA AND HER FAMILY MAY GOD BLESS THEM AND SHOW THEM THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE
