I am moving this year. I have been here four years, and the place is going steadily down hill. The stench of human waste is the worst, and management has move off-site to a new complex in Bohemia. There you can expect everything to be fine for a year or two, and then the amateur management will mess that up. The layout of the apartment is fine, but the facilities are cheap, and there is a minimal and angry maintenance staff.
This was once a beautiful place, and if you come in the Spring after the cleanup, it looks great for a week, if you hold your nose.
