My daughter recently pointed this website out to me and I was quite amused by many of the comments. While there are many truths as well as fallacies I would like to provide some spin control on truth to the many comments I have reviewed. While I agree security is clearly a non-event and construction quality is questionable, Victorian Gardens is not a bad place to live, in fact I have enjoyed my past six years here. I live in an upstairs end unit and find the location quite pleasant and relaxing. The floor plan is actually quite nice and provides everything I need in the comfort I am accustom to. While I have not had to deal with management on a regular basis my interaction with them has generally been resolved to my satisfaction. In fact if I have any complaints they have been about my co-residents. A particular comment would be how everyone avoids traffic signals. I rarely see anyone obey stop signs or speed limits. In regard to trash receptacles generally speaking they are always available with plenty of room. Many residents lack the energy to open the lid and place their trash inside and just leave their bags laying next to the dumpster. Some idiots try to throw away mattress and dressers when their is a clear policy against this. In fact many of the complaints I've read are clearly the practice of bad neighbors. Perhaps instead of knocking management we should review our own behavior and act more like neighbors instead of interlopers. We all need to take responsibility for ourselves and create a neighborhood instead of blaming someone else for our own short comings.

I agree 100% with your review. There are a lot of uneducated people living here, a lot with no manners or respect for anyone but themselves. All we can do is hope is that management brings in new residents who have more class than the ones we have now!

I personnally think the person who made this comment has no class and is very uneducated to think that they are so much better to live here if you were so educated and upper class you should own your own place and not rent maybe you should review yourself before putting others done. people like you make me sick that think you are better than others
