And it was a nightmare! I just found this site and am still so upset about this place years later that I thought I would go ahead and blast them. We had an end unit, ground floor by the water. Because we were very close to the water we had some horrible things come out of it! One only one occasion (but one is still too many for me!), a RAT (yes, rat!) ran across our back patio. We had an infestation of milipede's that was horrendous!!! I would stay up as late as I could at night to kill them as they would crawl down the wall behind my sons crib! They were inside, outside, just everywhere. One night was so bad I could not even open my front door because they were ALL OVER IT and the ground below. A neighbor had to come out with his broom to sweep them away for me. Several other tennants near the water also complained about the milipede's. Also by the water they had a PVC picket fence and in high winds the pieces would fly off and hit whatever was in its way!!!

The noise is bad from the neigboring apartments. I knew everything that was going on in the apartment above us. And bathroom noise is really bad! The complex really needed security when I was there. They may have it now, I do not know. There were beer bottles and used condoms in the parking lot many weekends. And yes, parking was REALLY bad. As was the management. Not responsive at all.

Stay away!!!!
