Victorian Gardens is burdened by an unreasonable management team. There are numerous outlandish rules imposed that tenants must accept. The options are their way or the highway which is not a comforting atmosphere to live in. It seems that the management makes the 'everyday' tenant's life more difficult while not addressing "problem" tenants. It truly is a poor way to manage a business. I would not recommend living in this complex.

i agree with your statement 100% it seems you sign a lease and it means nothing b/c when the cassata family feels like changing rules they go right ahead and they do not consider the person behind the rent envelope, I would not recommened anyone to live here either, can't wait to leave
