Where do I start..... First of all, it has gotten better, but when it snows it always seems that the front apartments near the clubhouse and rental building are nice and clean and the people towards the back of the complex can basically fend for themselves.

Then there is the sewage system. It backs up in this storage center they have and you can't even open your windows b/c it smells up your entire apartment. You are trying to lie by the pool and you smell ----.

Then there are the bugs that are ALL over the place. Ugly silverfish that you can't get rid of no matter what you do.

Regardless of permission to enter, they send maintance people in to inspect various things and I always find jewlery missing afterwards. One time they came to check the lint traps on the dryer and I came home to a pile of lint on my kitchen table.

They claim they never enter without permission, but they do. They fail to send rent statements out on time so on occassion they have people enter your apartment and leave them inside your apartment so they get their money on time.

The electrical wiring sucks and good luck getting it fixed in a timely fashion. My circuit breaker melted and they blamed me because I plugged a toaster oven into the socket in the kitchen.

They decide to paint your decks on a Saturday morning at 7:30am in the middle of the summer with no prior notice. Long story short, I was basically locked in my apartment and then the people got paint all over my patio furniture.

I was told my rent would go down since they were having issues getting tenants and then finally they send my lease renewal with less than 15 days to spare and it had gone up. I was planning to move, but stopped looking when I heard the rent was going down by $300 a month. Much to my surprise, they raised it and since I moved right before Christmas, I was basically stuck there.

My air conditioning broke in the summer and we are now going on a month and a half and it is still not repaired. They told me they ordered me a new unit and I had to wait home for the delivery so they could install it the same day otherwise I would have to wait another 2 weeks. I took the day off of work to wait for the AC and long story short, it never came. Management f-ed up and would not admit it so when I called to verify if they were coming, they all conveniently had meeting and then when I called back at the end of the day, they had gone home for the weekend. Then they tried to tell me it was delivered and my neighbor must have stole it.

Management sucks. They all have their heads up their @ss and yes, they did try to make me pay a $15 fee because other people were not cleaning up after their pets. Well I don't own a pet, so hell will freeze over before I pay them that $15.

Now they have decided that after a big to do, they don't want pets in the apartments afterall and are evicting everyone with a dog.

They have security at the gate, but it is basically a joke, anyone gets in or out...resident or not. It is mostly for appearances.

Parking by my unit is horrible. You have to fight for a spot.

I am on the second floor. I hear everything from my neighbor downstairs and next door. The units are not properly insulated, especially the kitchen, hallways and closets/pantry. Hot as hell in the summer, freezing in the winter.

The place may look nice and it may appear to have many ammenities, but trust me, it is not worth it. Look elsewhere!

I am resident and I agree that things were geting better. The snow removal, even in the back lots was much better than the year before. The sewage system had a broken fan but has since been fixed. Most of the smell comes from a sanitation plant adjacent to the grounds. It seems that residents throw garbage about the grounds quite often. The fact that they dissallowed dogs, only after a year or so is mostly to blame on the managment for not making specific areas for dogs to urinate in order to keep the grass green. The fact that dog owners can't re-sign their leases is like telling soeone with a kid that they can get rid of their kid if they want to stay.It does LOOK very nice here but don't let that fool you, management stinks.

I think they do a great job with snow removal.
Lets not talk about the kids that live here, throwing all there soda cans and wrappers on the grounds and in the basketball court. look what they did to the camera in the indoor basketball.
these kids have parents that must not care because they have alot of anger in them (parent too).

the whole dog issue is ridiculous. they got rid of the poop stations and had all those signs where you couldn't walk your dog but no place for you to walk them.

i agree with the dog issue it is ridiculous maybe if the tenants reached out to channel 12 news or steve levy maybe the Cassada family will reconsider how they go about treating people and animals

Most dog owners are responsible and clean up their dog's feces. It's absolutely insane not to have a designated area for pets to urinate and defecate and even run.
