I have been living there for about 3 weeks and really love the apartment. For the price, it is great. The move-in condition was like brand new. Parking has been fine unless you come home really late and people have company, but otherwise I can park right in front of my unit. The people in the office are very loddy-da...I have had a few simple request that apprently are too difficult for them. Another gripe I have is the fee of $10 to use the pool if you are not a tenant. I think tenants should receive a few passes for the season to use at our leisure. To sit by the pool for 10 bucks, that's a little ridiculous. No problems with maintenance yet, so I'll cross my fingers there. Everyone around me seems nice and minds their business which is nice,

Don't blame management!! I would not want to hear the demanding,whiney residents bitching about every little thing. Most residents here are trashy and inconsiderate to ather residents.

i said it once and i say it agian you have no class tenantvicgardens calling anyone trashy and inconsiderate, so by talking bad about people makes you a an upclass tenant you should look in a mirror before talking bad about anyone
