ALL THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES ON LONG ISLAND ARE MONEY HUNGRY! THE LANDLORDS ONLY WANT ONE THING $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. FOR THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING NOW WITH 1 MONTH FREE
INCLUDED THE NEW TENANTS WILL BE PAYING $1446.00 A MONTH FOR A 2 BEDROOM. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY THAT MEANS A LOT OF TRASH WILL BE MOVING IN. THERE ARE SO MANY AVAILABLE APARTMENTS RIGHT NOW I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF IN THE NEAR FUTURE THE CASETTAS SELL TO FAIRFIELD AND IF THAT HAPPENS MOVE OUT FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
