Have been here for 5 years, first couple of years ok, not great, but ok. They just suck now. They decided to allow dogs, then changed their minds. I do kind of understand why. I saw people go over the weight limit, and not curb after their dogs. But I think if they bring back allowing dogs, but put a cap on the weight of something like 20 lbs, they'll fill up the place like last time. The only reason my family stayed was because of allowing dogs. Nevermind the extra $500.00 non refundable deposit I had to pay for the dog, on top of the $250.00 I had to pay when I moved in with a cat that I had to put down 6 months after I moved in, also non refundable. Come to think of it, isn't rape illegal' I feel like that's what happened to me. If I can't keep the dog, I should get back my $500. And the management is useless. They're rude when they speak to you, like how dare you disturb them. And then to get a call back or some work done inside, it's like trying to draw blood from a stone.

i agree with you, but when i moved in in 2005 the weight rest. was 70lbs. Victorian Gardens allows dogs then they don't allow dogs then they do. They need to see what they are doing to the families, alot of families in this complex have children and the owners DO NOT CARE, they are truly heartless -- just remember what goes around comes around ---- the people who are not able to renew there lease due to having a dog should be able to get there 500 fee back..... just stay away from this place pay the extra and live somewhere else ---- that's why there are so many empty apartments and i hope there will be more empty ones and they go out of business and lets see how they like living pay check to pay check like the people who live here .....
