Management is rude - especially Michele Cassata (the owners stuck up wife) they are useless when anything goes wrong, all of our friends moved out as soon as the lease was up - FORGET ABOUT EVER SEEING YOUR SECURITY AGAIN AND READ YOUR LEASE REAL CARFULLY - Out of the 6 freinds that moved out of this hell hole (as well as ourselves) the most security they/we ever got back was $900.00 (thats out of $3,000 )..and that was 3-4 months later - according to their lease, if you take them to smalls claims court, YOU are responsible for paying all their fees. these people claimed to be pet friendly to get people to move in here, and 2 months later, a letter came around that said either get out or get rid of your animals when your lease is up because they decided that they changed their minds and don't want pets anymore. parking is a nightmare - if there is no parking in the stalls, and you park on the street, be prepared to have a huge notice stuck to your car that is impossible to get off. In the winter, all you smell is garbage from the dumps. Security is a joke here - the people at the front will let anyone in, all you have to do is wave your hand and pretend that you live here, and they open the gates. we should have listened a little closer to these reviews before we decided to live there - - they couldn't pay US enough to ever come back!!

listen, our family is in the same boat, but if you have a dog and you are not able to renew your lease, If i was you I would fight this out with in court b/c they mislead alot of people who moved in and then decided to not have dogs. they scamed people to believe they allowed dogs to increase there rentals and then when rentals were okay, it was like ok get out. Michele is very heartless, and sometimes you have to believe in the old saying What goes around comes around! and believe in the higer power above that the man above takes care of everyone in his own speacial time. But if you need a good lawyer. let me know what unit you are in and i will refer you or a email i would be glad to refer you, michele cassata has no business running this complex maybe her husband should be more involved in what goes around, maybe he has more of a heart then she does. But not even to care about the familes that have children that is DOWN RIGHT HEARTLESS! I would hate to be that women when see meets her maker!
